Pilates North Leeds is a small friendly reformer and equipment based Pilates studio located in north Leeds at the Mercure Leeds Parkway Hotel. Our dedicated and experienced teachers have taught reformer Pilates classes for more than 20 years and we continue to offer our experience to clients needing rehabilitation for a variety of health conditions.

We offer a modern air conditioned studio with ample free parking and the very best Pilates rehabilitation equipment available anywhere. We teach small groups of about 5 members, with each client performing exercises that are relevant to their own specific health needs and goals.

Our studio proudly features the two most innovative and exciting advances in the world of rehabilitation Pilates in recent years. The Pilates Allegro 2 reformer and the Corealign have taken rehabilitation expectations to new levels. They facilitate rehabilitation exercises that cannot be performed on any other equipment.

Since the late 1990’s, clients have been recommended to us from back pain and rheumatology clinics, hospitals, physiotherapists, osteopaths, chiropractors and other health professionals.
